Terms and Conditions
General Information
By booking a service with RKM Beauty, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and are non-negotiable.
Appointments
- All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Clients are requested to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled, in which case a cancellation fee may apply.
- Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.
- A 10% surcharge is applied on all bookings on weekends.
Payments
- Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will endeavor to address your concerns.
- Refunds on products are only available for unopened, unused items returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Health and Safety
- Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with contagious illnesses or conditions.
- Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service.
Privacy
- We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Liability
- RKM Beauty is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by a client’s failure to disclose relevant medical information.
- All services are provided at the client’s own risk.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website or email.
Refund and Return Policy
Service Refunds
At RKM Beauty, we strive to provide the highest quality of services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns, which may include offering a complimentary adjustment to the service. However, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.
Product Returns and Refunds
• Eligibility: Products purchased from RKM Beauty are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as cosmetics, skincare products, and personal grooming items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
• Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Gift Vouchers
• Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers purchased from RKM Beauty are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any service or product offered by RKM Beauty.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred, once the faulty or damaged product is returned to us.
